Answers, not a list of files.
Codexta works out what the question means, searches every relevant document and combines what matters into one answer.
Stop reading ten files to find one figure.See Sarah’s questions ↗Codexta reads your reports, contracts, manuals and past incidents together, and gives staff and customers one answer with its sources. When nothing on file fits, it hands the case to a colleague, and the fix they approve answers the next person straight away.
Your documents stay yours · only the right people can change what Codexta knows
Answers are scattered across documents, and fixes live in one person’s head. Codexta closes both gaps in the same conversation.

The next customer doesn’t wait for a ticket.See how Lukas is helped ↗Sarah works in finance at Harbourline, an online retailer. Her answers are spread across annual reports, board packs and supplier contracts.
“The last two years” means FY24 and FY25. The first search found only the FY25 report, which shows FY24 just as restated comparatives. So Codexta searched each year separately, read three documents and combined the key figures.
Each answer lists the documents it came from, so Sarah can open the original and check any number before it goes into a board paper.
A keyword search for “Harbourline Codecta” finds nothing. Codexta follows the clues instead: Codecta appears in a supplier’s list of sub-contractors, that supplier has a master services agreement with Harbourline, and the checkout design names the team.
Harbourline, Northgate Digital, the people and all figures on this page are fictional.
Lena works in a bank’s back office. A bereavement case is rare, sensitive and easy to get wrong: the steps are in a long manual, and one rule changed last month.
The operations manual says up to £30,000 can be released without probate. A memo from last month raised it to £50,000. Codexta reads the procedure, the form checklist and the memo, and uses the current limit.
Without Codexta, Lena searches a long manual, may follow the outdated limit, and asks a colleague to be sure. With it, she gets the current steps in seconds and can open each source to check.
Kestrel Bank, its procedures and limits are fictional and only illustrate how Codexta combines documents.
Support teams solve the same problems again and again, because the fix stays with the person who found it. Here is how one fix reaches the next customer.
Codexta checked the knowledge base before anything else and offered what was on file. When it didn’t fit, Tom asked for a person and Priya joined the same chat, with his description already there. She works every chat and ticket in Codexta’s support console, and can escalate a hard case to a specialist in one click.
Adding to the knowledge base is a permission. Priya has it; customers and most staff don’t. Nothing is written until she approves the draft, and the note keeps only what is true for the next person.
Lukas wrote in German and said “iPhone” and “disappears”, not “Safari” or “closes”. Codexta matched the meaning, not the keywords, and answered from Priya’s English note, in German, in seconds. No ticket, no waiting.
Names, tickets and records in this walkthrough are fictional. Available actions depend on your connected systems and each person’s permissions.
Daniel, an IT admin, asks Codexta to open support cases in the helpdesk his team already uses, and attaches its API documentation. Order systems and other tools connect the same way.
In plain words: when a customer asks for a person, open the case in our helpdesk and bring the replies back into the chat.
It reads the API documentation and builds the connector on a separate branch. API keys stay in your secrets, not in the code.
It is built and tried against your helpdesk’s sandbox, so you see a real test case open first.
When the admin approves, cases open where your team already works, and agents’ replies appear in the customer’s chat.
It reads like a careful colleague: it plans the search, follows the clues and tells you where every fact came from.
Explore the capabilitiesWhen no single document has everything, Codexta splits the search, reads each part and combines what matters.
It matches what people mean and follows names, dates and relationships from one document to the next.
Each answer lists the documents behind it, so people trust it and can open the original.
Codexta follows the same steps every time. Your approved content comes first, people step in when it isn’t enough, and what they learn is kept.
The customer describes the problem in their own words. Codexta checks your knowledge base and offers what matches.
The customer confirms whether it helped. If not, a colleague joins the same chat, or a ticket reaches your team, with everything already explained.
The agent works the case in the support console and records the resolution. Hard cases can move to a specialist tier or a named colleague.
Codexta drafts a general note without personal details. Someone with permission approves it before it is added.
Staff and customers each see what is relevant to them. Your documents, connected systems and permissions decide what Codexta can use and do.
Reports, contracts, manuals, policies and past incidents. Relative dates such as “last two years” are worked out for you, and a newer rule wins over an outdated one.
